Cohabitation

A family album, oscillating between two continents based on the soldier-photographer’s permissions.

During the Vietnam War in Hanoi, the soldier documents the coaching bar he frequents with his comrades. He also captures short moments spent with family, especially during Christmas.

“Family life” and “intimate moments” overlap within the same album, where the soldier takes precedence over the father of the family, and Christmas becomes just an aside.

It’s not just a family album; it’s an album from another family.
